====== Server Rules (Build 41 Server Only) ======
===== General Rules =====
  * Have fun and be chill! This means **no:** Homophobia, racism, slurs, threats, harassment
      * Leaving threatening notes if both sides aren’t "rping" counts as harassment
    * First offense will result in a **6-day ban** 
    * Second offense will result in a **minimum 6-month ban**
 
  * If you're banned from the server, **post your appeals** on the "appeals" channel. Let us know your side.
    * Sometimes a sincere apology is best if you're clearly in the wrong,
    * **This does not guarantee** an unban

  * Misunderstandings happen, **don't lash out or take "revenge"**. Let admins know and they'll help
  * If you destroyed or stole on accident, admit fault, try to make it right. Lying makes it worse
    * Lying when an admin has logs of the action will **automatically result in a ban**.


  * **Don't spam** the admins, it'll take time to decide, and we all have lives.
  * You can have **4 server accounts per Steam account**. 
  * Accounts are removed **6 months after last login**.
  * Abandoned bases **may be reset** 
  * Don't be afraid to ask questions 


===== Not Allowed, bannable: =====

  * Griefing
  * Leading Zombies to a player's base
  * Destroying a base or protected community area
  * Destroying a player-made structure
  * Stealing cars from a base 
===== Not allowed, Permanent bannable (NOT Appealable): =====
  * Cheating
  * Spoofing
  * Spawning items

===== Regarding Bases: =====


  * **One base claim** per player
  * Bases can extend beyond the invisible wall that strictly prevents you from entering the house on the base
  * Unclaimed player made areas and/or unclaimed faction areas **may still be considered** a ‘base’
  * Talk to the owner before taking from the yard of the base
  * **Looting or claiming abandoned bases is allowed**
  * All claimable claims are valid **unless** otherwise specified. **Be careful** if your area includes another claimable building. 
  * Admins **will not remove** valid claims
===== Regarding Cars: =====

  * Cars are all unlocked and ready for use, **you don't have to hotwire**
  * **Don't** take cars from within the walls or yard of claimed bases
  * Cars in the "FREE" section of the Healing Well (yellow parking area) are free to take
  * Other cars at the HW can be taken if you confirm the owner is no longer present using /all chat channel.**Don't leave cars unattended.**
  * If you take a player's car on accident, **return it**
  * Cars used as barriers/walls **will be removed** by admins
  * Blocking roads with walls/crates **will be deleted** by admins 
===== Regarding Factions: =====
 
  * In the PVE zone - Retaliating against other factions is **not allowed**. Let admins look into it before you make false accusations and rash decisions.
  * For a discord faction role to be created, a faction **must** have at least 10 unique players in the faction in-game
  * If the owner of a faction has not been actively playing in the server for at least 7 consecutive days **OR** if a majority of members are inactive, the discord faction role and/or in-game faction may be disbanded, if applicable
