===== Base Expansion Requirements =====

  * Must be in a **PvP zone** (outside named cities)
  * Must be **fenced**
  * Expansion will go **one tile beyond the fence** unless complications apply
    * Examples:
      * Adjacent to another safehouse
      * Other boundary conflicts

===== Car Ownership =====

  * Keep vehicles **within your safehouse boundaries** when logged off
  * **Admins will not track stolen cars**
    * If someone steals your car:
      * Find them in PvP
      * Kill them

===== Magic / Mods =====

  * No mods currently work in **Build 42**
  * Much **WCC magic is working**
  * **Item Wells work**
    * You must find the location
    * Drink while standing next to them
  * **Skill restore does not work**
    * Remember: you may have **up to 4 usernames**

===== Safehouses =====

  * Claims last **9 days**
  * You must **visit your safehouse at least once every 9 days** to keep it
